One license. Both engines.
A commercial license covers the Interpreter and Just-In-Time for your whole company, priced by annual revenue and how you use it. No per-developer seats, no per-application fees, no metering.
Warm64 powers part of your product, which would still do its main job with Warm64 removed.

Prices and revenue bands are in US dollars. Every license includes both engines, no AGPL obligations, and updates for its term. Offering Warm64 itself to others, on its own or as a library, SDK, API or hosted service for running it, takes a platform license, quoted separately. Read the license terms
Frequently asked questions
Do we need a commercial license?
Not if you can meet the AGPL: anyone who receives your product, or uses your version of it over a network, must be able to get its complete source under the same license. Using Warm64 only inside your company, by your own staff, asks nothing of you. (The Internal license is optional, for companies that can’t use AGPL software.) If your product’s source has to stay closed, you need a commercial license.
What’s in the license?
Both engines, for every developer, product and service in your company and the companies it owns. No AGPL obligations: keep your source closed and, with a Feature or Built on Warm64 license, ship Warm64 in your products or run it in your services; an Internal license covers your own tools and work only. Every update released while your license runs, and email support. It doesn’t cover offering Warm64 itself to others, on its own or as a library, SDK, API or hosted service for running it; that takes a platform license, quoted separately.
We build products for clients. Who needs the license?
The company whose product ships Warm64. If you build it for a client, the client takes the license and you work under it as their contractor. If you ship Warm64 in your own products, you take it.
What happens when our license expires?
Your license runs for 365 days from the start date in your order. Renew it and nothing changes; you have 30 days after it expires to do so. After that, you either follow the AGPL or remove Warm64 from what you still ship or run, including web pages that serve it and hosted services. Copies your customers already have keep working.
Can we try it before we buy?
Yes. Both engines are free to use under the AGPL, so evaluate them for as long as you need and take a license when you ship.
Can we get a refund?
You can try both engines free under the AGPL for as long as you like before you buy, so we don’t refund a change of mind. We do refund when the law requires it, such as a major failure under the Australian Consumer Law. We also refund the unused part of your term if we end your license over an infringement claim, if you end it because we seriously broke the license terms and didn’t fix it within 30 days, or if we sell the business and you leave within 60 days.
Is support included?
Every license includes email support at contact@warmvirtual.com, with replies within two business days in New South Wales, and every update released during your license year. Companies in the $10M+ bands get replies within one business day.
